PRICE

We reserve the right to amend our prices without prior notice. Prices are correct at the time of publication or upload to our website. All prices are inclusive of VAT (but not delivery). Delivery charges will be added to the price.

 

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS

The receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or as a confirmation of an offer to sell. Orders are accepted subject to availability. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item. Additional verification may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.

All orders are dealt with as soon as they are received and we aim to despatch within 1-2 days of receipt. However, some items may take longer but we will not be liable for any delay.

 

SHIPPING

All items are sent in appropriate packaging and delivered by courier or post as we consider appropriate. Courier service does not guarantee delivery time and will always require a signature.

If the courier is unable to deliver due to any reason, for example, no one is in to accept the delivery, the courier may leave the parcel with the nearest Access Point for customer collection. The courier will leave notification, at the original delivery address regarding this.

If you feel that the parcel may be lost or delayed in any way, please contact us to confirm the goods have been shipped. We have direct link up with our couriers to find out the status of the parcel. When the parcel is delivered we also have the name, address and the time in which the parcel was accepted. Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery.

We cannot accept change of shipping address requests after an order has been shipped. We also reserve the right to refuse shipment to temporary addresses (including hotel guests) without prior payment in full.

If you are ordering outside the UK, there will be an additional cost for shipping. Please contact us for the price plus shipping and handling before placing your order or making a payment. Prices can be requested via the order form on the website, this will give you your total cost should you wish to continue.

You are responsible for all customs charges and any other taxes or duties payable in your country in respect of the goods. We suggest that you check with your customs authorities before placing an order to see what these charges may be as they vary from country to country.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

Unless otherwise agreed, payment in full for the goods must be received in pound sterling (GBP) prior to shipment. We may cancel any order if payment is not received when due.

Cash may be sent, but this must be in pound sterling (GBP) and must be via registered mail, as we cannot be held responsible for any losses in the post.

Credit/debit cards are accepted from most countries and are without surcharge. However, we reserve the right to deliver only to the cardholder's billing address. If requesting an alternative delivery address, please state this on your order, along with your card registered address. You may be asked to provide us with proof of your address at anytime. If you refuse to provide us with this evidence, your order will be cancelled. This is to prevent credit card fraud. If you are using a credit card not belonging to yourself, you must give the cardholder's full name, address and contact telephone number. We will contact the cardholder to obtain approval. Use of stolen credit cards will result in international police notification and court action in all cases. We also reserve the right to contact the credit card authorisation department to confirm the details given.

PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT accept CHEQUES or POSTAL ORDERS.

Bank transfers are welcome from all customers - There are no additional charges for UK customers. Overseas customers must pay any additional transfer costs before orders can be dispatched. These charges MUST be paid in addition to our costs. Any shortfalls may result in a delay with your order and goods being removed to cover these charges or alternative payments required.

 

TITLE

Title to the goods will pass to you upon the later of delivery to you or payment in full by you for the goods.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS / SHORT SHIPMENTS / WRONG GOODS RECEIVED

Micky Sharpz Supplies Limited must be notified within 3 working days of receipt of the parcel of any damaged or missing goods or goods other than those ordered. Notification may be by either phone or email. The invoice number and your customer number must be quoted. We will exchange any goods received which were not ordered as soon as we receive them back from you in good condition, unused and resaleable. Return postage will be credited to the customer's account.

 

REFUSED, UNCLAIMED or UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

Orders that are returned to us because they have been refused or unclaimed by the person they were shipped to or orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address will be handled as follows:

Shipping charges will not be refunded. If you want the order re-shipped normal shipping charges will apply.

A re-stock fee of 10% based on the cost of the merchandise will be charged.

The remaining amount will be returned to the person originally billed for the order, provided that the goods are in good condition, unused and resaleable.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Please contact us before sending any items back, all items are checked before they are shipped to you. We only sell quality products so if you do have a problem please contact us. All goods must be returned to us in original condition, unused and re-saleable unless they are faulty, within 10 working days of receipt of acceptance. You must pay for the goods to be returned to us and we will credit your account accordingly. If any return items were shipped to you ‘free of charge’ we will need to deduct the original shipping charge from your refund total unless otherwise agreed. In the event of a fault we will rectify free of charge, however if the machine or machines have been adjusted by non Micky Sharpz staff there will be a £25 workshop rectification fee applied, this also applies to refunds.

 

WARRANTY

We warrant that the goods will be free from defects in design, materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from delivery. Our sole liability shall be to repair or replace any goods which are found to be defective within this period.

Any products produced by Micky Sharpz Supplies Ltd. that have been altered in anyway, either by the customer or by a third party, will void the warranty and all repairs will be chargeable. Refunds will not be issued.

 

LIABILITY

Our liability under any order shall not exceed the price of the goods ordered.
We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit our liability for death or injury caused by our negligence.

 

GENERAL

If any of these terms and conditions are or become invalid in whole or in part, the other terms and conditions shall remain valid and enforceable.

Each order accepted by us shall be governed by and interpreted according to English law and any dispute arising under or in relation to the order will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

 

RIGHT TO RETURN

The following terms apply to your order. Please note that terms and conditions can change, so may not necessarily be the same for future orders. Your legal rights and terms are in no way affected. If any of the following terms are held to be invalid under statute or law, the term will be automatically omitted from the following to the extent to which it is necessary to comply to that law, without affecting the remaining terms and conditions.

Under the EU Distance Selling Directive your rights to return goods are protected. For a full refund including the cost of delivery you must cancel your order and return the goods within seven working days. You can do this by contacting us by phone or email, quoting your order number. A refund will be paid within 30 days. Postal insurance is necessary when returning goods as you are responsible for any losses or damage during the return shipment. Your statutory rights are not affected by this cancellation policy if goods are faulty or wrongly described by the supplier. Products must be returned in as-new condition.
